Permanent Residence Renewal - PRR
Permanent Residence Renewal.
Canadian permanent residents must possess a valid permanent resident card or a permanent resident travel document (only valid for a single entry if expired or lost) when returning to Canada via plane, train, bus, or boat. It is essential to note that you remain a permanent resident even if your card has expired.
