“Thanks to Ms. Yeawool and Shion Immigration Canada, for helping me on my journey from the very start. I arrived in Canada, to finish my final year of Secondary school education in Maple Ridge, I graduated successfully, and smoothly transitioned to North Vancouver for my university studies in film production. Thanks to Ms. Yeawool, my visa, study permits and extensions were swiftly handled, allowing me to pursue my education without interruptions. Now on my work permit, I'm actively building my career in filmmaking. Ms. Yeawool crafted an excellent plan for my permanent residency, aiming to achieve it in about 8 months. Thanks once again, my future is looking great!”

STUDY PERMIT / STUDENT VISA
Can I come with a TRV as a normal visitor and apply for a study permit in Canada?
Yes, but we do not recommend it. Especially if you come from a visa required country, the passing rate to prove you will come and leave is marginal.
What is the Study Permit and Study Visa?
The study permit is what we need to apply for you first. You need a valid study permit to study and it may be school - province specific. Once you have that, we then apply for the study visa for you to travel to Canada.
If you apply for a study permit while you are in Canada, you will need to return to a Port of Entry to get a study visa.
If you apply for a study permit while you are outside of Canada, you will need to apply for a student visa and fly to Canada and obtain the study permit the first time you arrive at the Canadian port of entry-airport.
Do I qualify for a Study Permit?
If you have intentions to stay and learn in Canada and also leave at the end of the study period, the study permit may be granted. There is no age limit, however, the officer will assess the genuine reason for studying and if the education will benefit you, your future, or related work you are occupied with.
Schools can have programs that have Post Graduate Work Permit upon graduation. Some schools don’t.
Schools that do not have the PGWP, the student will have to find an employer with an LMIA in order to possibly apply for a work permit.

If you stall in providing documents to us, it will also delay our work schedule.
You as the applicant is also responsible to look over and sign all documents.
